The brick texture I downloaded from a texture site. Measured and cut in photoshop into several parts. Then printed them out and glued to a surface.

Also obviously, your doll is gorgeous! I love his face, his wig and the way you dressed him!
The photo was taken very late evening. Not complete darkness but close.
The window consists of a soft box and red transparent paper on top of it with a strong lamp shining through. ^^" I hope that makes it clearer!
